We take a structured, program based approach to shared living. Tornado Group serves as the primary point of contact for participating homes and coordinates occupancy, house expectations, and communication.
Homes are operated as shared independent living environments with clear guidelines designed to promote safety, respect, and responsible use of the property. Our approach prioritizes transparency, consistency, and alignment with property owner expectations.
How We Work with Property Owners
